Coteaux du Giennois 2001, Domaine Balland-Chapuis The Coteaux du Giennois is a gold medal winning wine in this vintage and is far superior to many a Sancerre.

Sancerre "Le Chatillet" 1998/2001, Domaine Balland-Chapuis The Sancerre from Balland-Chapuis is a well-made example of a classic wine. This wine is a lovely, mellow Sancerre typical of both these excellent vintages for Loire river valley wines.
